Becoming (4 of 8)

There are seasons when life feels confusing, messy, uncertain, or broken beyond repair. Yet in God’s hands, even the fragments have purpose.

Romans 5:3-5 encourages us to glory in our sufferings, because suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit.

And Romans 8:28 reassures us that “in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Nothing is wasted when you put your trust in God; not the pain, the waiting, or the lessons learned in secret places. The enemy may think he’s winning, but he couldn’t be further from the truth. God is crafting a far more powerful and redemptive script for you.

Every twist and turn is shaping and refining you. You are becoming more like him through the process; growing, changing, and being transformed into a stronger and shining vessel for his glory.

Reflection

How might God be using your story so far to reveal more of himself through you?

Declaration

God wastes nothing in my life. Every experience adds depth and beauty to my story he is writing. I trust his process and his purpose for my life.
