Meet the Author

A Little About Me

I’m Ester Jamera, an author and speaker with a passion for supporting others in their walk with God, particularly in exploring identity and purpose.

My walk with God has been shaped by many different seasons. Through them all, I have come to value leaning into who God is, who I am in Christ and what it means to trust him with my life.

My life and experiences have also been shaped by my career, which has taken me from hospitality into nursing and later into career, leadership and life coaching. I have seen how the right support and resources can help people grow in their faith and in other areas of their lives, experience greater freedom and move forward in ways they may not have thought possible.

Writing has become one of the ways I share some of my insights. I don’t write from a place of having it all figured out, but from a growing trust in God and a freedom in Christ that is not dependent on my circumstances.

My hope is that through my books, blogs and events, something I share may be a source of encouragement in your own walk with God.

A Journey of
Faith, Purpose and Growth

I discovered my passion for writing in 2019 after accepting a challenge from a work colleague. Since then, writing has become one of the key ways I share my experiences, reflections and insights with others.

My faith-based writing includes the devotionals Knowing God for Yourself and Created for Boundless Greatness, alongside blogs exploring faith, identity and purpose. Read the Blogs

My writing also extends into the workplace. As editor and contributing author of Amplifying Voices, Mending Divides, I helped bring together an anthology of stories exploring race, racism and belonging.

My hope is that we experience the fullness of Christ in our everyday lives, knowing that we are deeply loved by God.
