I discovered my passion for writing in 2019 after accepting a challenge from a work colleague. Since then, writing has become one of the key ways I share my experiences, reflections and insights with others.

My writing also extends into the workplace. As editor and contributing author of Amplifying Voices, Mending Divides, I helped bring together an anthology of stories exploring race, racism and belonging in the workplace.
