The Chapters You Would Rather Skip (3 of 8)

Some chapters of our life are painful. They are chapters marked by loss, disappointment, or long waiting. These are the pages we’d rather skip, the moments we wish could be rewritten or erased. Yet even in those hidden or hurting places, God is present, shaping something far greater than we can imagine.

Romans 8:28 reminds us of this comforting truth: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” The very chapters that seem unbearable often become the ones that reveal His grace most clearly.

God never wastes a word or a moment. What feels like an ending may simply be a setup for miracles.

Reflection

Are there chapters in your life that you wish there were never there. How might God be using them to shape you or someone else?

Declaration

Even in the hard chapters of my life, I trust that God is working all things together for my good and his glory.
